Hallie Love, BFA, JD, RYT500, has over 30 years of Pilates, yoga therapy, meditation, dance, and teaching experience. Certified in Pilates on all apparatus by the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, and certified by Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Therapist at the highest level, Hallie instructs at award-winning health resorts and at her studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She teaches private and group classes or home programs, and she brings her Mind-Body Makeover Workshops to many facilities. Pilates for Yoga is based on exercise science, deep relaxation, and the universal principles of alignment that free the body from rigidity or pain. An experienced teacher and therapist, Hallie has taught thousands of people how to be in peak condition by practicing Pilates for Yoga®. In Pilates for Yoga®, students free the body of muscular and nervous system tension, restore the body to structurally correct and neutral alignment, and practice Pilates core exercises. Students realize strength from the inside-out, stabilizing and strengthening joints, while toning muscles and strengthening bones. The result is a solid, balanced and pain-free body.
